My billing is from 08th of every month. Today at 0001 hrs (1 minute past midnight) my monthly quota of 240gb data was added. In the morning at 7am I checked your Airtel Thanks App. It showed that I have consumed 30gb of data from midnight to 7 am. Balance data was 210gb. In the night we were all sleeping and have not used any data.
I have already highlighted this data mismatch earlier also. I have attached the screen shot of this mismatch.
Please do something about this serious issue.
