Ordered black jeans as per the description on the website but the image was of grey coloured jeans. The jeans had fitting issues so raised a return request but the return pick up is not being done since 25 April 2023 and I have spoken to at least 8-10 members of the customer support team including 2 escalation members and 1 social media member, explaining that the product description and the image is a mismatch but none of them understood what exactly is the issue and all i am getting is a 5 days window wherein the pickup will be done but the pickup agent is clearly stating that he still has the same image of grey coloured jeans and he will not get the pickup done since he will be penalised for this. Now I am looking to simply get a refund and compensation for the whole time I have been chasing this thing and no resolution at all.
