Text of Complaint by Nitin Barevadiya:

This is regarding order no. 33302741424. My self-Nitin Barevadiya, Corporate user.

I would like to bring to your notice mismanagement of order and wrong communication from Samsung team,

1. Order placed on 25th Oct 23, 4.31 pm and There was 10000 cash discounts but at the time of payment full amount of 56049 Rs deducted. Later on I noticed the issue and called the customer care. CC suggest to cancel the order or you can deny to accept the order at the time of delivery, it will return
2. Order cancelled on same day 25th Oct 23, 10.09 pm (copy attached)
3. On 27th Oct, I got message, order delivered where I did not received product. No OTP came. Raised complaint (refer mail attached). I was out of station for 10 days.
4. On 3rd Nov, I got call from delivery agency, Courier is delivered to some other house nearby (unit no. 104 instead of 122 of mine). I told courier person to take back which he denied. Till now order is laying with some wrong person.
5. On 5th Nov 23, I am getting message, order cannot cancel, and money cannot return. Mail copy attached
6. I have replied on 5th nov with detail chronology with all mistake by Samsung but got same mail of can not cancel order on 6th nov. Copy attached

First mistake, Samsung should not dispatch item when order cancelled on same day. Then telling to deny acceptance of order when delivery person delivering product at wrong location, where is the room to deny the order when delivery is given to wrong person.

This is full of mismanagement by Samsung. On top of that denying to take order back and return money. This is not corporate culture seen with Samsung.
