I purchased a subscription plan on Jeevansathi with the expectation of being able to connect with suitable matches. However, despite paying for access, I was unable to view contact details. When I escalated the issue, customer support dismissed my concern by saying members had enabled privacy settings—something I had no control over.
This essentially means the subscription is misleading—you pay, but you don’t get the promised access. The support team showed no accountability and brushed it off instead of providing a solution.
My experience has been extremely disappointing. Jeevansathi feels like a waste of both time and money. I would strongly advise others to think twice before investing in their plans.
