Text of Complaint by Sumit Vinayak Gawade:

I have migrated from Vodafone postpaid(4G) to prepaid (4G) dated on 14th of June,2018.

I have paid Rs.460/- to deactivate the postpaid simcard & Rs.239/- to activate prepaid simcard.

However, sim card migrated to prepaid but with 3G only & with no tarrif plan for which I have already paid Rs.239 (Rs.199/- plan + new sim charges)

Please look in to it asap & revert.
