I was promised to support with broadband speed of 400 MbPS for which I paid accordingly for 6 months plan. However, I am only getting an speed of 160 to 200 MbPS. When I spoke to the sales and technical team they told me that you will get speed upto 300 MbPS which is a proper case of mis selling and fraud activity by Excitel.
Also, when the broadband is down it takes almost 18 hours to resolve the issue.
