This is write to inform you that , I supposed to receive smart watch under the brand name of THOR 5 Dual Chipset Technology 4G LTE Camera WIFI GPS AMOLED Smart Watch (SH008) against order no#: IN19509826 and watch condition was horrible after opening the box. It was disconnect belt from the watch body and there is no information about watch like manufacture information, origin of country, part serial number , no warranty card and no manual book. As per the govt law it is illegal to sell product without information
This product seems to be a used one because original box looks very old and there is no seal on that.
Also GST and tax details not given in the bill
