Hello Team, my name is Pinaki Roy and I am very frustrated with the calls from Vodafone company. On 10th April I made the payment for my postpaid bill over the call and the amount was Rs. 470.82 which I paid. On that call i asked the executive to take the request for service cancellation as I do not use this number and so for the last few months I am paying the bills without using the number. The executive took the request and the cancellation request number is 125648048758 and three to four times I asked the executive that after paying this bill Rs. 470?82 there will be anymore bills or not and the executive clearly told me that the amount due is zero and I do not need to pay anything and no more bill will be generated. Recently again I received a new bill for Rs. 588.82 which is not acceptable. I again raised another complaint 125701322336 which was raised by Niraj Singh but still I am receiving calls from Vodafone that I need to pay this bill. I requested them to listen the call recordings and they are misbehaving and pressuring me to make the payment.
