LG has mislead me through its website(https://www.lg.com/in/mobile) where it shows price of this mobile LG Wing at Rs. 29,999 instead of Rs. 80,000. But when I click on the BUY NOW link. There is no such deal. There is no way to proceed or to add it to cart or anything. It has lead annoyance and inconvenience and according to The Information Technology Act 2000, which regulates electronic commerce and provides for certain cybercrimes, contains a provision (section 66A) prohibiting the dissemination of information that a person knows to be false by means of a computer resource or a communication device for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience.
