After making a account on shine.com I was contacted by a supposedly Indore based company called theplacementjob.com. The company allegedly provides data entry jobs suitable for work from home.
I signed their fake looking contract and they provided me the work to be completed in 6 days (5+1 day extra for first timers). However they blocked my working portal one day before what was supposed deadline reflecting on the portal. Now they are asking me to pay around Rs 7000 since I couldnt complete my job.
Please be aware of these scammers and let me what legals steps can and should be taken against them.

I too have been a victim of this fraud. I have even paid Rs 10489 out of fear. They had said that you will also get your payment but till now nothing has been received and their number is not being found. I think she blocked me . her number was 7509580101. Please help me what am I do ?
