Today is 24th sep i ordered kotak 50 inch tv from Amazon for 8999 rs …i taught it’s big billion sale offers so I ordered it so fast thinking of it as it was very very good deal…but when I placed the order it was showing as 32 in tv…when I reached amazon customer service regarding this issue they said it’s 32 inch tv …we can’t provide you 50 inch…but i ordered 50 inch tv mentioned in the website i even provided them proof but they still can’t provide me the product i ordered…plz help me in this regard…
