I recently purchased a vacuum cleaner. I was cheated and duped by the ratings saying its a nice vacuum cleaner but the truth is that its not a home vacuum, but its a car vacuum cleaner ONLy. No where in the post is it mentioned that it is a car-only vacuum cleaner. This is also not returnable. I was with amazon customer service for 2 hours for 2 days and they were not helpful. They kept saying its my fault that I should have read the suction power description and since photos are mostly for car and not home, its self explanatory that its for car and that its said that it is 22 min cleaning for home only, so you should have known its car vacuum cleaner. The person who is supposed to be customer service “himanshu” from “leadership team” told me that its written “mini” in the description so I should know it doesn’t have suction power. If i want to clean house, I should buy heavy one.
I have purchased Agaro (another amazon product) which is actually a really good vacuum cleaner for the home and its also mini and portable and has really good suction power but after 2 years it short circuted, thats why bought this one. But the suction power for this is very bad compared to Agaro one.
Extremely bad customer service. Take advantage of indians and making product not returnable or non refundable.
