- I am a Airtel broadband user. I wanted to surrender my connection as i moved to my hometown. Airtel doesn’t give me an option to surrender the connection on app. I have been trying to connect customer care but they are just fooling the customers and not giving and options to surrender or speak with the representative. Then i thought i will shift the connection and raised a req on app. But its doesn’t reflect. If i create new request, it says, already pending. I am completely frustrated by such poor customer service. Please help
