I have booked a hotel in puri through booking .com for 3nights with my family 28/4/24 to 1/5/24 with total amount of ,8396/-with complimentary brkfst….but at arrival no specific check in tima was maintained nor brkfst was in my favour….though I request both the parties the online booking.com service department….groomango group and the hotel mangement but no response I gotted……but now at check out they are misbehaving and threatening us….wat to do plzzz guide…..
