Text of Complaint by Karan Jain:

I requested installation of JioFiber at my residence. The sales head of the region Mr. Manik arrived and started installing JioAirFiber. To which I objected and said I need fiberoptic and not AirFiber. That is when he committed that Airfiber works better. I denied installation. Then Mr. Manik insisted that he had paid 12 months using his card. And in case I do not get adequate service he will switch my connection to JioFiber from JioAirFiber. I faced frequent disconnections and lag, slow speeds and raised a complaint. I was sent an engineer Mr. Ramavtaar, who asked me to take videos of the issue and report back so that my connection can be fixed. After a week, I had another visit by Mr. Shyam who reported that my connection cannot be switched. I have video evidence of not being able to use the service I pay for. Evidence that Mr. Manik paid for 12 months from his own account and extorted money from us against his payment, and in the end I am still suffering with a useless internet provider. I am writing this complaint and expect an action for the fraud and misleading commitment by Jio sales.
