I had ordered for 3 products through Ajio App on 29th Nov. After 2 days of confirming the product ordered, today (1st Dec) they cancelled 1 of the products. I had requested for reason of cancellation and I was informed that product is not available at the fulfilment centre. But, the website still shows the product in a drastically increased price range (₹1999 whereas I ordered it for ₹608). It is also available to be delivered in my area. Eventhough, I have pre paid full amount as per their requirement ( which means we had engaged in a contract), there has been a breach of contract.
I would like to request the shopping website to deliver as per the contract we had engaged.
