While booking the villa we enquired about all the house rules and we where told that hookah is allowed on outdoor area of the villa but not indoors and also that we can have some outside food. But one day before our arrival to villa we where messaged that we cannot bring any hookah or outside food . The only reason we booked with them was they promised us this before, if they wouldn’t have promised us we would have booked with some other company. While taking the booking and full payment they mislead the customer and make false promises.
