Hello its Jayantajeet Bania. I have requested for port out from vodapone and accordingly I have received the UPC code. My port out port in process was going on but a lady customer care executive called me from 3371636791 no. and spoke in Hindi language that I have to send one small mgs. by typing CANCEL space my no.and have to send to 1900 then only my no.will be further cancelled in vodapone and will be released to register in other network. After sending the msg. I have received one msg.from vodapone that my request of port out from vodapone has been cancelled. That customer care executive mislead me . I feel very bad and disappointed by the approach . Your company should not do such a low standard things like this. So plz do enquiry and do the needful.
