- Customer care changed the circle of my network
- They said they have created request for addition to family plan when no such request exists
- Gave false ticket numbet
- Added to 399 plan without consent
- Airtel store , fortune business centre, kaspate vasti told us they will help raise the complaint and i will get mail within 4 hrs but that never happened

So now i have tonpay additional rental of 399 instead of my earlier 50 rs
