Please note that this matter is concerning international roaming pack of Rs.3500/- activation in the mentioned nos. +91-9769622982 – Ayan Bhattacharya & +91-7045267047 – Shruti Shastri On 2nd November, after repeatedly confirming with 3 customer care executives of Vodafone, we activated the plan only because of the offer of voucher code 1000/- on duty free stores.

We were told that the voucher code will be provided within 48 hrs of activation. On not receiving the same, we spoke to the customer care executive, just to be shocked to know that there is no such offer valid as of now. It’s a matter of huge concern that such kind of fake practices and false communications are provided to customers.

Following up with the appellate authorities have turned out of no use as they are trying to skip this serious matter by just being apologetic rather than reversing the charges or providing any vouchers.

We would urge you to check and take strictest action in the matter and immediately resolve the issue.Either Vodafone keep its commitments made to customers or else reduce the offer cost of 1000/- with the offer package of 3500/- in both the Vodafone nos.
