This is in regard to my port request in Apr 2019, due to higher tariff rates. Your agent has contacted me and assured of change in tariff from Rs 299.00 plus tax to Rs 249.00 with immediate effect i.e from 14 Apr 2019.
He has assured me of activating the service within 24 hrs. I regret to inform that the same has not been actioned until today and I end up to pay bill as per my existing plan which is Rs 299.00 plus tax.
This is a sheer negligence and cause of misinformation and cheating on part of vodafone.
I have re-generated my port code, and would bring it to your notice that I am again getting calls from vodafone department number +911171636393 but no one speaks and I can only hear the background noise of other employees.
I regret to inform that customer care agents with Vodafone are unprofessional and cheaters.
