I was charged wrongly and also I was misinformed.
I got a call from Airtel service team that am I satisfied with the service. I wanted to add one of my number to postpaid connection..these guys updated the terms , changed the bill plan and didn’t bother to inform me. They added my number which has to be added for free and now they are charging for the same.. which they promised earlier that add on will be free.
neither during call, I was informed about the charges and was infact assured that addition of number to tje post paid is free.
Now despite repeatedly telling them, they are refusing to remove and charging monthly amount for the same.
