Text of Complaint by Purva Naik:

Mira Road Jio Air Fiber office us misguiding its customers. Firstly they told us that wired connection is not available in our area hence we will have to install the Air Fiber for which we agreed. But they didn’t inform us about the limited data with Air Fiber whereas with wired connection the data is unlimited. After installation, the data exhausted within 20 days and that’s when we found out that the data is limited with Jio Fiber. They didn’t give us details about usage of the data. The one provided in the app is very vague. The details number of devices connected is also wrong in the app. After all this they just told us to pay Rs.400 and we will get 1000GB data for top up as there is no other option. As we had no option we paid for the same. Now in next month the data is exhausted again and when I opened the app to pay for the top up, I found out that I had a option to pay Rs 250 as top up for 500GB data which was enough for the remaining period. But this information was not shared with us by the branch employee. This employees are not providing full details of the plan and they are just taking money. They didn’t tell us about the limited data, the didn’t tell us about different top up plans, they are not providing proper details of the usage. We are very frustrated kindly help us with this
