Sir i orderedIQOOZ6-4G-6+128GB-BLUE Phone of Order no: 40657183013518769 of dated 30/09/2022.. Schedule to deliver on 2oct 2022.. On that time iam unable to receive the product and request to come after one hour… So for not delivered by the agent… Same thing informed to customer care Amazon on 3/10/2022..replyed that it will be delivered with in 24 hrs…everyday On 4th, 5th& 6th October I contacted with customer care same story told ie will be delivered with in 24 hrs.. Then I contacted customer care supervisor two times on 6th they told the product will delivered by 24hrs.. On 7th i received message your refund initiated in original payment method..1)What for customer care are there? 2) what they did for 4 days when I complained 3) what action they did 4) what is the results 5) are u misguiding the customers?
Hence do need ful action.. Required delivered the item.. Not required refund
