Text of Complaint by Kukila Borkotoky:

  1. I am a dth account holder of airtel with account no 3023863254
  2. Recharged a package by confirming with a tele caller but ended up choosing a wrong one
  3. Asked to refund back the money to my bank account but they refunded it to my airtel account n I was told i can transfer it to my bank account at any time but when i tried i was unable to do so
  4. On needing assitance now, I have been told to that they cant transfer the money..if required they can disconnect my account.
  5. On disconnection they are also not reimbursing any money for the dish and the set top box
