- I am a dth account holder of airtel with account no 3023863254
- Recharged a package by confirming with a tele caller but ended up choosing a wrong one
- Asked to refund back the money to my bank account but they refunded it to my airtel account n I was told i can transfer it to my bank account at any time but when i tried i was unable to do so
- On needing assitance now, I have been told to that they cant transfer the money..if required they can disconnect my account.
- On disconnection they are also not reimbursing any money for the dish and the set top box
