Since my remote is not working i asked her that my remote is not working so you can send a remote to me but she asked that while pressing on buttons of my remote the red light is blinking and i said yes. then she said this is not a remote problem and she said that i am sending technician so he can check. I asked about the service charges. She said there is only one charge applicable either remote charge of 200 or if the remote is okay then i have to pay services of 100 rs. i said okay and then technician came to my home and checked remote and found out that remote is dead and he said that i have to pay both charges remote charges of 200 rs and service charges of 100 rs. means i have to pay 300 rs for a remote.

I am having a terrible customer care experience. They are making me run around like a headless chook. I am going to file a complaint with the consumer court too.
