I have ordered the product of Redmi Note 10Pro max by July19. The product is already dead while receiving itself.
about this issue contacted the customer multiple time, but there is no correct response from the concern dept. Till date the product is not picked from me. Every time the pick up boy will come and cancel the pickup due to incompleteprocess from the concern dept. i have called customer care for 6 times, not any good response from them and misuiding me from last 6 times. Still raise a concern hoping no succesful on the same.
i have paid the full amount, there are not assuring the refund initiated by this crucial situation.
