This my compliant against your services registration number 3017556998 is registered on 12-jan-2019. I have tried to recharge my another number from the app phone pe (which is registered under 9899007551) but the app or you can say your default Vodafone again recharge my same number 9899007551 which is already recharged on 3-jan-2019. After receiving sms of recharge, i raised the concerned on phone pe app then after receiving the ticket no. i called Vodafone customer service at the same moment, i talked to them to transfer the rechrage to my another number or you can refund me the amount, the executive advise me that they cannot transfer the recharge of 509 rs but they can refund the amount in Phone pe wallet after deducting the 18% gst, i said ok and request to process the refund. On monday, i came to know that they amend my recharge of 199 rs of unlimited calls and 1.5 gb data to talktime 123 without my acknowledgment. Instead of what there executive advise me they have done the opposite thing without my knowledge. they misguide there customers and giving incorrect information, whatever the customer concerns is they are not even care about it. I raisea different concern they work on different without informing customer. Pathetic service and the senior manager Mr Suraj Mehra, he dont even care about what customer is going through with all this. I dont understand how they can change my recharge plan without my acceptance. I am seriously frustrated with the vodafone services and the executives who are not doing what customer request to do and on executive is giving differebt information and another executive is giving a different information for the same thing. how could they do that.
