I requested to change my prepaid mobile number to postpaid. Agency executives came and collected document from me and guaranteed that the no will be post paid in 2 days. Even after 10 days there was no action , I called the agency where they guided me that I have to visit the gallery.
I visited the Mulund West gallery and they confirmed me by evening your no will be converted in post paid. As even after 5. Days no have not converted to postpaid. Today I called customer care no 9820098200 and reply was horrible, the lady at phone said you again go to gallery for checking.
This is customer harassment.
