Sir,
With due respect and humble submission I want to inform you that I am an existing Jio customer . On 5th April 2022 I visited a Jio mini store (located at Barasat Dakbanglow Kolkata 700124) for the SIMEX because my handset has been lost with Jio sim card. I have made G.D to local police station for that. But the staff returned me by giving the excuse that there is some server problem but whenever I visited the another store just after 15 minutes located at Madhyamgram they solved my issue by replacing my sim. When I informed my experience for the store of Barasat dakbanglow they just informed me that there is no such server issue of Jio. My question is, then why is this store of Barasat refusing to solve SIMEX issue ? Why will I have to rush another store ? Does Jio have always server issue only for the time of SIMEX ?
I,therefore, request you that please look into the matter properly so that customers like me do not face negative experience like this as if it happens again and again by befooling customers then it will be a great issue in future.
