Text of Complaint by Laxmi:

We had took the home shifting package from NoBroker team that they provide the home shifting package to the customer.
Shifting is done on 2 may 2022 by supreme packers and movers. They damaged the king size bed coat during the shifting.

As per the Nobroker told us before shifting to take the insurance for if any damage happens during the shift they will claim the insurance amount
so we took insurance for 10000. damage happened so we requested for insurance claim but NoBroker team is not responding for this request.

We mailed to insurance team that is IFFCO TOKIO insurance team, they are also not supporting and NoBroker team has did not share with us the proper
information about insurance. And also they agreed and accepted there mistake please check the attached mail conversation history document which is attched here.

Many times we tried to call to NoBroker and insurance team and also many mails we sent but no proper response from them.

They damaged the warranty coat and we are unable to claim from purchase team now.

Kindly requesting to team to provide the solution for our request.
