yatra.com has no customer support, mentioned number of support are not in working condition.
Even after multiple mails to yatra.com my hotel tax Invoice was not received from 02nd July to 05th July and as per Mr. Naveen Goswami from Yatra “Yatra is not authorized to issue any Invoice”. And the booking Invoice has already been received in the same hotel booking before 2nd July… so why did they misguide the customers ..
Still awaited for my Invoices for below booking no.

Last hotel booking via Yatra is 05 July and today is 11 July. How long will it take to invoice.. that problem is only with “yatra”.. other website online invoices are sent without any reminder in checkout date.
If the guest has some reimbursement process that hasn’t happened because of your delay. Have you taken responsibility for this?
