Hello,
I wanted to book bus from New Delhi to Mathura (date: 19/12/2023) and reached Kashmere Gate ISBT, where at the booking counter they informed me of the bus (DL51GD7244) going to Agra which will drop me in Mathura. Firstly, they did not inform me that they are booking till Agra, I saw that only when I received ticket (PNR: 2961624) on my phone. It must have been informed beforehand, which the lady on counter failed to do so.
Later, when I boarded the bus and afterwards asked about my drop-off location, I was informed that they will leave me before Mathura (in Vrindavan) as the bus will not go to Mathura. This is a ‘fraud’ in broad daylight. And as I checked lot of previous complaints are already filed against the same service provider – NueGo.
