Dear Sir,

I have been using Vodafone network since 10 years. but during lock-down there was some issue with vodafone network so I decided to port out vodafone to airtel. Airtel Vasai Store (CP- Mr. Chetan-9833380054) offered me family plan of Rs. 999/pm(4+1 connections). So I port in existing all connections to airtel. However after activation of these nos one mobile connection was not linked to this plan i.e. Mobile No-9049338117 and separate bill of Rs.999/pm was generated. Now your vasai store is not cooperating and outgoing calls of 9049338117 is barred. Request your help in resolving the same. Details are given below:
