Hi I am Nikhil Sharma. My registered mobile number is 9868733501. I recharged my Tata sky which package I use. I have 2 Tata sky set top box with me. I am a very loyal customer for last so many years. I have an issue that which channel I selected on one TV same will cone on 2nd one. But which inchooI pack for both the TV channel come in 1 TV not on another one. When I talk with customers care executive he said that I have to choose the Tata sky package once again. I told him that on my past connection channels are coming but in the new one specially movie channels are not coming. Customer care person say that it will not trust on my word. Even though I tell him to do vedio call so that i can show him if you are not trust on me which I said.
He says that I use a dhamaka pack which Tata sky diacountinue. But when I check on tata sky app it shows me that I can choose this pack.
He is making fool of me or Tata sky fool the entire peroson who are using Tata sky at there hons.
Kindly provide me resolution of this.
