Hello, I had made by mistake double recharge 319 rupees with same amount & same number. when I complain for refund my money, then Agent said 319 rupees will credited to my BSNL Main A/c Balance within 24 hr. but after 48 hour BSNL given 240 rupees. when again I complain, then Mr. Sashikant Senior Customer Executive of BSNL(Odisha) said that it was deduct for processing charge. that means, BSNL deduct 79 rupees for processing charge to me. It is too much disappoint for me.
