Text of Complaint by Rohit bhawsar:

I ordered boat airdops 381 from Flipkart. But I am not comfortable with this device. It get drop from ears in few minutes And the music quality of the product is not good. That product is not as good as I expected.So I wanted to return my product. But there is only option of replacement.so I request to replace my order. But even after 2days no confirmation call I got from Flipkart. It was my totally time waste product and service of flipkart also totally waste of time. I request a call from customer care. he called me and he cancelled the replacement request from his hand and saying that after cancelling the request I can request from return and get the refund. After sometime I get the message seller is not accepting the return. Again I talk to customer care executive again she is useless to me she don’t know anything.when I request her for senior executive she said they all are busy. Than I request her to please arrange the call back at 8pm but I got no call at that time. I am really very disappointed with there service. I want my refund as well as action against there executive who missguide there customer.because of them my time wasted and this is one time of mentally harassment of your customer. There executive also didn’t provide complaint e-mail id for further complaint at higher level.
