I had opted for a `Red Together’ plan for all my family members with a view to reduce total monthly billing, the primary number being 9874576574, some time back. The other numbers are 9836184579, 9830238427, 9874576571 and 9874352574. Out of which the first three numbers are active numbers and the last two numbers were taken to avail of maximum discounts (at least that is what I was made to understand) under the said plan.
After the first cycle of billing I understood it was just a ploy on behalf of Vodafone to increase their monthly billing and felt cheated.
So, I decided to surrender the last number (9874352574) and at the same time requested to put the active numbers under same plan. This was done on 30.10.2018 at Vodafone store situated on Lansdowne Road near Southern Avenue, South Kolkata.
I was told the fifth number would be closed within next 7 days.
Today, while re-checking that with Vodafone Customer Care, I realised nothing was done to my written request submitted more than 10 days back.
Under the circumstances I would request you to take very strong steps to stop such malpractices and compensate me suitably.
