I the undersigned previous user of my vodafone number +917507530496. It was a prepaid vodafone sim. Company has changed my number on the name of Mr.Raghunath Keshav Joshi without my consent. It was converted into postpaid. Twice i have watched the fault of VAS which was emphasize without using and later reverted by accepting mistakes from vodafone customer care.In January 2019, i decided to convert the same again into prepaid during the time I have sent message of P2P as per guidelines of customer care at vodafone gallery.I have paid the last bill of the amount confirmed by executive of vodafone gallery (which was total pending amount).Evenafter getting confirmation of stopping outgoing services and conversion message acceptance, i have got another bill of February 2019,without my consent.Now it is showing total amount of Rs.744/-. I am denying to pay the amount as I have paid the overall amount and vodafone forcefully want me to pay the amount.
1.My complaint is why vodafone has changed my number into postpaid from prepaid without my consent.
2.Why bill get generated even after stopping everything before billing cycle of January 2019.
It is my complaint against vodafone. Making consumers fool.

no incoming calls people ringing up get the message out of network
outgoing calls do not get connected
any attempt to contact fails in a wrap around error
without any solution taking one back to the starting point
my prepaid subscription is till feb 2023.
