Amazon delivery agent called to deliver my mobile and collect the mobile which i placed for exchange, delivery agent tested my old mobile for 30 mins, and asked Rs.100/- bribe, when I refused to pay, he said that he will deliver the mobile tomorrow. When I got offended for wasting my time, he then tried to attack me, and later cancelled my product. I want the resolution from Amazon by taking strict disciplinary action on the delivery agent.
