I ordered something on Flipkart. The delivery boy called me and told to pick up the delivery. I told him that I’m coming in a few minutes he said alright. After just 2 minutes I called him back telling that I confused this order with another order and told him to cancel it. He got angry and started abusing me.
I don’t want this type of misbehaviour on my smallest mistake. I want to get my mental peace by making an action against him.
It’s really making me sick that he behaved like that I was talking gently with him. That’s not respectful at all.
Please consider my complaint he use harsh language every time he delivers any orders
