Text of Complaint by Mohanalaxmi R A:

I had ordered a kids pillow on meesho on 16th Dec through a prepaid order of Rs. 218. Order ID: 615138309169_1. The app showed the product was delivered on 21st Dec. But i haven’t received the product hence raised a complaint on 26th. The product got delivered on 27th afternoon. The delivery location was a office premises. The delivery partner had left the parcel to the security. All of the sudden i received a call on 28th Dec by 6;15pm from 6362809793 and asked about the courier details i had explained him about the issue. He started using foul language and abusing me without reason. I tried calling him back again he spoke so vulgar! ive complained to meesho customer care. I would request you to give me clarity on this issue
