I was unable to add money to my paytm wallet,so called customer care. Aman received my call at 03:10 pm exactly. I was not satisfied with his resolution so told him to transfer my call to supervisor. He put my call on hold multiple times saying supervisor is busy on some other call and he kept saying that for 30 minutes, later my call was transferred to escalation desk who without saying anything disconnected my call. I called once again and Soumya received my call , he was very misbehaving and going against the policy saying ” mai appki call transefer nhi karpaunga”. They kept saying to call merchant helpline number where my issue was related to adding money only.
