Text of Complaint by Aggrieved Customer:

To Jio,

I have an internet connection of JIO fiber linked with mobile number +91-834932… and fixed line number +91-7317962… . For the last 24 hour I have been unable to access the internet and on the router red light is blinking. I have even made a call to your executive and he admitted that the issue is at a large scale from Jio’s site and many of your users are unable to access the internet (I have call recordings as proof of this). Even though we are paying for every single day,  you are not able to resolve the issue within 24hours. As in a situation of work from home for me and my family I have to arrange for another service provider who charges me a hefty amount just because I have trusted your useless fiber connection.
On 18 July 2021 around 6 PM one of your service engineer visited and did nothing more than messing with the installation and when reminded to do the job properly he was throwing things angrily. He knowingly throwed the router on the table also argued with me and told that “I will do whatever I want and will not follow and instruction from you”. While winding the wire he starched the wire so that it could break. When I asked him for ID card first he tried to fool me by telling that he don’t have one and even refused to tell me his name but when I strictly asked him for ID card since I can’t let any stranger enter my home unknowingly, he showed something on his phone rather showing some physical identity proof provided by jio. This clearly shows how mismanagement do jio’s service engineer make and even when reminded to do the job properly they misbehave and throw the things to break which might hit someone and could probably can hurt. And ultimate issue with the internet is still not resolved.

w video recording of his work and mismanagement/ misbehavior which are extremely displeasing. Also I realize that it reflect the reality of jio’s service engineer which needs to be upload to the social media and online forums to let everyone know the after sells services Jio fiber.
I hope that some responsible Jio’s employ would contact for more clarifications.
