I booked a rapido bike taxi from ishan park to Sonagiri (Bhopal). The ride is a free ride which is applied by using the coupon code which is provided by the Rapido Company. But the captain of rapido is asking for extra money and when I denied to pay then he is starting abusing and giving threats to kill. Kindly do something against this. There is no any complaint helpline of that Company so that the user can complaint about. We should take some serious steps against this type of Company and service provider.
