Text of Complaint by Vansh sood:

It is intimated that I ordered food from zomato to which i had some issues, I contacted zomato customer care to which i was misbehaved and i was kept on waiting without any replies. Later I contacted them on email where they claim of replying in 6-24hrs, but no response was received there also.
