I’m using gtpl broadband from last 1 year and my fiber cable is cut from last 10 days, i called the customer care many times but they just said that we forwarded your complaint. Then i tried to call local gtpl office in my city but they are not receiving my call. When i called them from another number they received the call and after knowing my name they misbehaved with me and cut the call
