Axis Bank Ltd.

Sub:- Overdue payment of Credit Card

Dear Sir/Mam

With due respect We want to bring to your kind notice that credit card payment are overdue and made the payment of 14000 last month.

I want to bring to your kind notice that my job has ended on 10.09.21 due to lockdown and struggling with financial problems

I managing from our saving to pay EMI & credit card payment but now since few months it is very difficult to manager due family health issues. Due to this my financial position go down.

Whenever I have paid minimum amt of card & close my loan in the month of July 23.
.
I am not a will full defaulter I shall pay all amt which due on me.

Sir we also want to bring to your kind notice that your collection & recovery agents too much torchering and abusing very badly.

Every alternate day, Mr Rahul( +91 85040 52772) from Axis bank branch sec 128 Noida call me for payment and following activities has been given.
1. With loud voice threatening for Legal action
2. Not listening my points
3. Visit my home every day in absence of me
4. Abusing very badly and threatening to received overdues by hruk & cruk
5 Talking very badly with my family members

As per RBI guide line above mentioned activities are not allowed to any executive.

Kindly consider my request being human ground to see my financial condition and confirm us.
