Hello Team,
This is regarding denying the product.
My name is Pramod Mali. I have booked one product with exchange (ORDER # 171-7425868-7029923)    Delivery person has attempted to deliver the product but he has denied, he is not getting an option that with an exchange only he is getting option for pickup, I agreed might he is new so I have called with customer care and I have spoken with them and they said no issues, exchange option is there so they should take old mobile and delivery new mobile so, again contacted him and delivery boy connected with the supervisor he said in front of me only you put user is not available, I have started with arguing that why I am here why you are giving comment like that, he has shared superuser contact number and I have started communication with him, he is saying that will not delivery and I am trying to explain to him, I have paid already and I have old mobile and you can check your necessary check, amount is already paid and mobile is ok whay you are not delivering the product, he said will not delivery you can talk to customer care , you should not tell me anything to me, I said I will inform to customer care, he said do whatever you want  i will not delivery and you have not paid to me, said i paid to Amazon, Amazon is not your company he said yes that is mine company i will not delivery do whatever you want, nothing impact on me.
seriously apart from this incident happened but i am not writing here already customer care person has raised a complaint there so I am not going with that.
this should be action on supervisor(supervisor number is 9731262143) and he has to learn that, because of him so many people are facing the issues and changing the platform for purchase and amazon losing sales and service. 
I have taken these steps with daring.
hope this is action will help to so many people and Amazon. steps for justice.
